I ordered Moto one power from Flipkart on 12 October 2018. The speaker wasn’t functioning so I requested for a replacement. The delivery guy took my phone and in replacement I received a second hand sony phone without battery in a sealed package. I call them thrice a day they ask me to wait for 24hrs and no action has been taken so far. The customer executives put my call on hold to connect with their senior executives and do not respond for hours.
