i buy a cismic byte gaming headset on flipkart on 12th june 2021.on 16th june product was delivered to me. I open the box in front of my camera for proof so when I open it I did not foubd headphone in it I found only a assian spray paint . I suddenly call flipkart customer care and told them everything they help me and request to backup team for refund my money and ask my id verification. I sent my id proofs but they rejected my refund and I try replacment of order . They gave me expected date of 21th june. Then 23rdjun and now 25th june but no mail received me from the seller
They are cheating me
I want my money Or product back
Please help me
