I have purchased a realme 7i phone from flipkart on 26 jan 2021 when i started to use the mobile after one hour of purchase the device started heating and slow working so i raised a return complaint and they asked me for a tech visit on 30 january 2021 there tech visited and checked my phone and find that the phone was faulty and he told me that i will inform my HOD that device was faulty it should be returned at the same day at night 10 o clock my return got rejected i asked the tech by did he do so and he also informed flipkart that mobile was good and no problem so i raised complaint then they again arranged the tech visit this time the tech not visited and updated old data that he have visited again i complained this time after many efforts seller arranged a replacement for me on 7 feb 2021 i received a new device by replaced.but the same problem i am facing same issues with the new one when i called the technician he is abusing me and refusing to visit. Now tell me what i do
