Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Flipkart for their failure to deliver my product as per the rescheduled delivery date. My order (Order ID: OD432421094220004100) was initially scheduled for delivery, but due to my upcoming travel plans, I specifically requested the delivery to be rescheduled for today, as I will be unavailable for the next 15 days.

Despite my efforts and clear communication, the product was not delivered on the promised date. When I reached out to their customer support, I was told to wait until tomorrow, which is not feasible for me given my travel commitments. Additionally, the delivery partner is not responding to my calls, and Flipkart’s customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue.

This negligence and lack of accountability have caused me undue stress and inconvenience. I request that appropriate action be taken against Flipkart for failing to meet their delivery commitment and causing disruption to my plans. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused and an immediate resolution.

I kindly ask the Consumer Court to address this matter urgently, as I will be traveling soon and will be unavailable for further communication after today.
