Flipkart fooling customers through fake offers and cancellation of the order at the end moment without a reason and customers consent and after that customer care representatives are just demanding more time and extending the order date without any actions taken regarding the issue

I just got an email that my order is cancelled as the wish master couldn’t reach me after multiple attempts
But that is false
He only attempted it once
But that too he claimed the exchange device damaged and this is also a false statement of the wish master
I have each and every proof regarding the issue
For the whole 1 month i have been facing it
And still there isn’t any action or proper solution by Flipkart
Actually no solution at all
Just demanding for time
Knowing that the device isn’t damaged but not accepting the fault
That isn’t damaged at all
Wishmaster denied the exchange product
And he was not at all familiar with the work so he couldn’t examine the device
He told me that there were scratches on the device
And he was not at all familiar with the work so he couldn’t examine the device
Because he was kinda illiterate
And didn’t have any knowledge regarding the exchange
Don’t know how could you send someone who didn’t know anything regarding the exchange policies
But as he was an unprofessional and a person who was unable to examine the device as he was illiterate
The wishmaster just came and didn’t even examine the device properly
As the wishmaster has put false issues regarding rejection for the exchange of old Device
Because he was an unprofessional
Fedup with it’s services
Fooling and faking customers
You people are just extending the time needed to solve the problem from 25-30 days
And still you people haven’t come to a proper resolution
And you cancelled the order purposefully
As you couldn’t do what you promised for to customers
And just providing with false deals
And backing off at the end moment
As you people are giving different excuses each time i m talking to a customer representative from Flipkart
And claimed false statements
As informed by the wish master to you
Who was unable to handle the issue as he didn’t know anything regarding the issue
It’s been a month you people are fooling me and demanding for more time and not giving a solution
And my order has been cancelled without my consent
