I would like to file a complaint regarding a fraudulent delivery update and misuse of OTP by a Flipkart delivery partner.

I ordered a Maxima women’s analog watch through my Flipkart account registered with mobile number. However, the order was placed for my friend’s contact number .
While entering the address, I mistakenly selected:
Karjagi, Kalaburagi District – Pincode 585217
instead of the correct delivery address:
Karjagi, Haveri District – Pincode 581112.
On the delivery date, the delivery partner called and informed me that he was in Karjagi, Kalaburagi district, while we were actually located in Karjagi, Haveri district. Since the address was incorrect, the delivery partner told us that he would cancel the order and asked us to share the OTP for cancellation purposes.
Trusting his statement, we shared the OTP. However, instead of cancelling the order, he used the OTP as a delivery confirmation OTP and falsely marked the order as “Delivered.” The product was never delivered to us because the delivery location and our actual location are in completely different districts.
We strongly request investigation of this issue because:
The product was never received by us.
The delivery partner misled us by saying the OTP was for cancellation.
The delivery location and our actual location are completely different.
The call records, GPS location, and proof of delivery can clearly verify the fraud.
We request the concerned authorities and Flipkart to:
• Verify the delivery partner’s GPS and delivery location.
• Check the call records between the delivery partner and us.
• Investigate the misuse of OTP and false delivery update.
• Provide refund or proper resolution immediately.
This incident caused financial loss and mental stress to us. Kindly take necessary action and resolve the issue at the earliest.
