I ordered a ASUS Desktop on flipkart for 84990 but I received wrong specification from that mentioned in the title and description of the product , then confirming the serial number on product page and Asus website , clearly the seller on flipkart did wrong advertisement . I got 5 days return period remaining what should I do next . Also they don’t have option for replacement on flipkart , only option for refund but they I don’t want refund I want what I ordered for . Can you tell me the procedure and fees and also I am a college student , i got time constraint as I got my exams near March end and I gotta study i can’t go to court to & fro during this time period , so in this case what is best possible action
Also this is really disappointing because I had spent many late nights refreshing page for it to get in stock , as it was always out of stock. (In pic) i was clearly described as RTX 3060 Graphics card but I got GTX 1660Ti graphics card which is inferior
