Greetings, My name is yashas, and the following is my complaint against
flipkart return being rejected multiple times without a valid reason. I
ordered a Nike NIKE COURT ROYALE SUEDE Sneakers For Men by the Seller:
RetailNet worth 3800 rupees which I received on 27th September. I received
a fake shoe which does not have brand or size or anything on it. it’s just
a black poly fabric shoe. As soon as I saw it I immediately was outraged by
what I received. I placed a return request immediately but the return was
rejected without a valid reason. I raised another return request and they
requested my ID proof and other contact details and I replied back to them
like wise. It was rejected asking me the same information of my ID and
other details again. All of my return request were rejected and the details
were asked by this agent named Fazila Banu from flipkart. Once I reply back
to this agent there is no reply at all. I have requested return 5 times and
it’s been the same scripted behaviour from this agent and flipkart. I
requested the customer support manager via call to flipkart but the agents
puts me on hold for long time and while on hold the line gets disconnected
everytime!!! I have uploaded the pictures as well. the flipkart box was
packed perfect but the inside brand box was tampered. As per flipkart the
return policy is 30 days. But I made return request within 5 minutes of
receiving the fake product. it’s been 13 days and 5 return requests but no
actions taken.
I addressed this to social media and flipkart at that point contacted me. They have been promising to get back to be from past two weeks and recently I saw they closed my request without any notice. I would really like this to be complained as flipkart is rejecting the return request for a fake products. This is a fraud and negligence.
