Flipkart did a scam on me in which they show an Inno3d NVIDIA GEFORCEGTX 1650 TWIN X2 OC 4 GB GDDR5 GRAPHICS CARD IN ONLY RS 5,999.
I ordered this graphics card on the date 20th January 2023 at 8:50 am but I didn’t receive my product till now in the @flipkartsupport app it is showing that your item was delivered on the date 20th of January 2023 at 11:59 pm.
I bought it on EMI. My EMI’s are for 6 months for which I have to pay Rs 1072 every month. After that scam, I am regularly calling @flipkartsupport Customer Care, and they every time tell me that we call me in the next 24 to 48 hours.
When I demanded to show me or share details with me of my complaint’s progress, they denied me every time. After March, they closed my complaint without telling me.
After March I stop receiving calls and whenever I call Flipkart customer care, they say the same thing we will call you in 24 to 48 hours I already paid Rs 3216 till the 5th of May 2023 because I don’t want to ruin my credit score and also do not want to pay a penalty fee which is around 45 to 50 percent of amount.
Now today my new EMI bill is generated, Now I have to pay the EMI again for a FAKE DELIVERY
I am a student, please don’t do this with your customers. PLEASE FLIPKART
