I had ordered Apple Airpods Pro worth 20k from Flipkart and was delivered to me on 24th Jan, 2021. After unboxing and trying to use them, it did not turn on. So contacted the Apple service center for repairs. After visiting the apple service center i was told by them that it is a fake product. Since apple service center gives dates with prior appointment, it was already past 7days (7days being flipkart’s own replacement policy). After contacting Flipkart, they say it is out of their replacement policy and hence the item could not be returned. This is really ridiculous and clear case of fraud and cheating.
