Text of Complaint by Sreenath MK:

When I purchased the product, It was shown that it would deliver to my house on 21 st of April and whenever I checked it is showing as out for delivery and they are not delivering it. This is not the first time it’s happened. The item has reached the nearest Ekart hub, But they are not taking the initiative to deliver the parcel. They will keep the package in the hub and after 5 to 10 days they will return it.
