I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21FE mobile from Flipkart on prepaid basis by paying through my ICICI Bank Credit card. After seven days the sent messages for delivery but no one contacted for delivery. I contacted Flipkart for this issue but no gain afterc three days they cancelled order. After that I contacted many time but they refusrd to deliver mobile. After some days the refunded lesser amount and deducted Rs 150.00 as cancellation charges. I am regularly trying to tell them that cancellation is done from there side and they are failed to deliver! So why they charged me Rs. 150.00. They must refund full amount. They are doing same thing with thousands of customers and earning by unethical means. Pre paid customer can’t do much which benefit they want.
Kindly resolve matter and stop Flipkart doing this type of unethical business.
