I have purchased mobile phone from Flipkart in exchange offer. It was mentioned that if any issue in phone like “touch not working” is found then rate for the exchanged product will decrease. But at the time of delivery my exchange was “rejected on the ground of touch not working. Due to this I have lost the offer of INR3000. Else if it was mentioned that if touch is not working then exchange will be rejected then i would have selected another phone for exchange.
