Ordered a new phone in an exchange offer and the new phone was delivered on 25th July. The old phone was to be picked up by 31st July. I have made several calls and went through horrible treatment my Flipkart service agents. Flipkart offered us to sell the phone on their sell back store and ready to pay Rs 2,000/ However, that option is not available for our area. Flipkart closes the issue and opens a new issue so that they can take additional 3 days to respond. The last issue was opened on 12th and no resolution as of 15th August 1:30 PM. Flipkart agents put the call on hold and transfer to a number where no one picks up.
