Text of Complaint by Rohit Hegde:

I had basically spoken to a customer service rep in the escalation department of Flipkart in regards to a to solving my delivery of a product

I was speaking to multiple agents advising them the delivery agent did not deliver my product and did not take the exchange product as well and said i did not select the right options online , even though the Flipkart agents online confirmed i had selected the right options and the logistic delivery team messed up

After they escalated the call to the senior officer , she knew i was already angry cause of how the delivery agent did not take the exchange product nor did he deliver the product which was to be delivered

Instead of providing a resolution she said i was trying to get her angry and get her all pissed off cause i told her i was not satisfied with her answers

She advised me as per flipkart policy the logistics teams procedure is final and its in flipkart policy and final and she wouldnt do anything to check why the product wasnt delivered nor was why the exhange product taken

Her tone of voice was very condescending and really had a lot of attitude , cause i was shouting at her for not doing her job or helping me but just saying the delivery agent final call was final even though the options i had selected for the exchange product was right

She said the logistics teams has procedure where they can bring products and not delivery and told me to wait instead of checking why this was done

I even asked her to transfer the call to someone else . However she refused and said do what you want to but you are just trying to get me angry

This is the first time i have seen such customer service and request some action is taken against the agent

The agent did not given much details however her name is
