Text of Complaint by Jyolsna K:

Purchased a sunscreen and got opened bottle since packaging was not good. Connected with flipkart help support and they arranged a pickup and the seller cancelled the same one day before the pickup. This happened 5 times and now they are saying like the return period is over.
