I purchased TV Rs 44889 details of order id is in screen shot. But did not accept delivery due to defect and cancel the product. As per their portal screen shot, refund is processed by seller. But when I contact icici customer care , seller made no refund. I submitted bank statement to flipkart. But no action to find why seller making false statement. Also flipkart portal showing refund successful is also not correct. Flipkart not providing any evidence that seller has refund. It is flipkart responsibility to deal with seller and process the refund
Please process refund to my bank account asap
