I have placed return request on 30th April but no one picked it up.
I was getting messages saying Out for pickup, but no one comes to pickup. After that by EOD, I get the message saying pickup rescheduled. This kept going for 7 days.
2 times someone from EKART came at my home for pickup, they say the box and said that they could not take it on bike, so someone else would come to pick it up. But no one else came.
It is their fault that they failed to pickup, and now they closed the request saying Return Canceled and I did not get the paid amount back.
I also created one complain on 4th May on their support saying that no one is coming to pickup, so in response they called and said that please wait and keep patience, and someone will come to pick it up. No one came but they changed my ticket’s status to resolved.
I am having work for home right now so I am always home so it is not possible that I rescheduled anytime.
I want my return of amount 1994 rupees.

4) Screenshot from MyGate application saying their executive entered my society for pickup, and I had approved them, but they did not pick it up
