I had bought a bed from Flipkart price 27,489.00 Custom Decor Solid Wood King Size Storage Bed order ID: OD329823120871477100. This bed has 1 year warranty however this product got broken in 14 days due manufacturing defect. When tried to reach the brand they did not respond by any means e.g. call, WhatsApp, email. I had informed this to Flipkart and customer service asked me to send the proof that I have contacted brand. I had given them all the screenshots of no response from brand for warranty then customer service asked me to wait for 7 days for best resolution. After 12 days they had given me the resolution that I have to contact brand for warranty, I told them that my complaint is regarding the same that brand is not responding then customer service repeatedly told me that I have to contact the brand and this is the only resolution we can provide thereafter asked them to de-list the seller or brand as they are not responding to their buyer and you have all the proof of no response for warranty. I also, told the customer service that flipkart has given the “Quality Verified” tag for the seller Custom Decor. How come Flipkart can give them the tag of Quality Verified to such seller. When Flipkart has proof from the buyer that seller don’t respond on warranty and the seller is selling all the product with 1 year warranty which is completely misleading or scam with customer that buyer is buying such a big amount products without any kind of warranty which is a complete loss of buyer as my product got broken within 14 days.
I have contacted to Flipkart grievance team too but no help from them. Still seller or brand Custom Decor is selling products with 1 year warranty on Flipkart without any kind of hesitation and obviously such sellers are backed by Flipkart as they are not taking any action on the seller which is a clear scam with customer. Flipkart and bogus sellers are cheating with customers by supporting each other.
