Dear Officer,

I am trying to get help from flipkart multiple channels but no solution from 1 month and finally reached here.

I have order 1+ CE 2 Light 6+128 and same delivered on 15 nov Post making the cash payment .

Even after that this order status showing as cancel don’t know how? because of that not able to claim and my insurance payment also make to flipkrlart to but showing cancel.

Multiple executive reach and ask me for 48hr but even after that status was same.

I want to be order shown as delivered because my one yr claim in this order.
