I paid on dtd 08/10/2020 to Flipcart from my Andhra Bank Accont having Tr Id UPI/0282229221212/DR/flipkart/UTIB/flipkart.p/UP T.Andhra bank too confirmed pyment

Complained to National Consumer Cell dtd 28/10/2020 Docket No 2347464 butstill he denied .
