Text of Complaint by Asima Majhi:

Ordered a phone with Flipkart with an exchange offer. The delivery agent, firstly didn’t have any knowledge relating how exchange had to happen so he called his senior member, who said exchange is possible but the next moment denied and created nuisance and wasted in front of my house and wasted 3 hours. Also said the delivery will be done next day.
Next day we got message that order was out for delivery, but the delivery agent said he will not deliver and said “do whatever you want”.
We then raised this issue with Flipkart grievance customer support but everything was useless and they themselves suggested to cancel the order and get the refund.
But there due to there pathetic cancellation policy we were not able to cancel the order and no help from there customer support.
