Text of Complaint by Rohit Rawat:

I ordered a phone from flipkart on 5th October 2022 which has delivery date by 8th October 2022. Today is 14 October 2022 and I still did not receive this phone. I have prepaid this order using my credit card. They are just increasing the delivery date. I had raised an issue about this on customer care executive but they only give a date and say that your issue will be resolved by this date and they keep on doing this even i have a plus member of flipkart.even i have a plus member of flipkart. order status is showing 8 october till now
