I ordered some essential products from flipkart in which some food items, diaper and sanitizer was there.So around 6 Am in the morning delivery guy called me and said to come and pick up the order 1km away from delivery location in this Covid19 situation.upon asking the reason why he can’t come here.he said roads are blocked.But the very next day I got food items from flipkart only to my given location.He didn’t delivered the order.Upon complaining about the misbehavior of the guy and product not delivered.Flipkart didn’t read the compaint and said order is delivered.Then I again compaint that this is not with food items it’s the issue with diaper.then they said order is cancelled and you will get the refund.I Haven’t cancelled the order.what is this behaviour.
And about sanitizer in the order, it’s still not delivered.and delivery date was 28th.Please loot into this matter.I’ll share the screenshot.
