Ashirvaad Ghee pouch had hole & the delivery boy took it back stating that amount would be refunded, however since than I have complained 5 times to customer service for refund & 1 time to their customer grievance cell but no resolution has happened so far..
By mistake my Wife didn’t take photograph of Ghee Pouch (having hole) which the delivery boy had taken back & as a result flipkart is only continuously rejecting the claim..
