Dear sir,
With reference to Order ID OD429863547412832100CG Homes Floral Double
Comforter for AC Room was delivered on 16 dec but quality & colour of
product is not same as shown in filpkart app, same day i was placed return
order at the time of pickup delhivery courier executive quality check has
been asked & colour is not matching so talk to Flipkart than I was called
to customer care they said cancel return & place new return request with
colour not matching than I was placed return request with colour not
matching with app & delivered product.
Today again delhivery executive came for pickup but he says quality check
has been asked till colour not matching with filpkart image which is shared
with them they are unable to pickup, ask to Flipkart while taking return
don’t ask quality check so he will able to collect return of product
How colour will match as shown in app & delivered product because delivered
product is different in colour so take it urgently & resolve the issue
because return policy is 7 days it’s not my fault
Pls look with your curior partner & collect return of product as early as
possible.

will match with your app image look & resolve issues with your curior
partner, collect return as early as possible
