Hello!

Hope you are doing well.

I am writing this note to bring your kind attention to the inconvenience caused to me by Flipkart delivery services.

I had ordered Google Pixel 8 (Rose, 128 GB) from Flipkart.
Order ID: OD429387008681403100

It was supposed to be delivered to me by 15th Oct 2023, Later changed it to 17th Oct 2023 and again changed the date to 18th Oct 2023 and this is going on, now they are asking me to wait till 22nd Oct 2023. Whenever I contact the customer care I will not get the proper response from Flipkart customer care.

This is not the first time it’s happening. Flipkart is providing false promises to attract consumers. I am okay if it is delayed for one day or two days. After ordering the product on 11th Oct 2023 they have only gave a commitment to deliver on 15th Oct 2023 and from then you are keep on changing the delivery date. I have missed multiple appointments just for waiting for this delivery.

Request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
