Hello this is shree. I’m from Krishnagiri, tamilnadu. Last month I ordered a pink colour hand bag on Flipkart. That product delivered on 20th July. That Flipkart delivery company name e-kart service. The order was changed colour changed. Then I returned that product. Till now I didn’t get my order or money. That e-kart parcel service employee name amjeeth Hussain. He told you received return option. But still I didn’t receive any option in Flipkart. Then I asked to that e-kart delivery man. He speak some unwanted words through to me. Please kindly let me know what I do now.
