Text of Complaint by Ranu Chettri:

Dear sir,
My last 4 orders got cancelled with no reason I had a word with the customer care executive they stated the reason as pin code mismatch when they checked themselves the pin code was fine they wasted my time reading the script and finally  they said they have escalated the feedback and said they will call back but they sent me a message stating that my phone was not reachable which is wrong . I just wanted to know what the problem with the courier service. It seems the courier service is neglecting their job.They dont even care to give a call . I have also ordered few more products and am really concerned about its delivery please reply soon so that I can decide to cancel the order before it gets cancelled from my end. . This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Please do the needful I am counting on you.
