Text of Complaint by Firoz Khan:

I have placed an Order ID – OD328057231787663100 of
FashMade Solid Sports/Regular Cap on 10/05/23 wednesday which was a prepaid order and the product was schedule to deliver on 15/05/23. But on 15/05/23 i got call from delivery agent which is a small miss call, i called back and he didn’t received it i tried 2 more times 3 rd time he answered the call and i asked why he is not answering the call so he start talking rudely and turn abusive to me i ask for the package and he disconnects the i tried few more times but he didn’t answer it while i was trying i received a message that product is delivered which i haven’t got yet i raised a complain to flipkart they assure that the product will be delivered by 9 pm that day, but i didn’t got it and i am trying to raise complain and check with them daily till today i.e. 20/5/23. Now i received the call from flipkart in which they say we have words with the courier company and they confirmed the product was delivered to you on 15/5/23 and they can’t help me further. I told them it was a prepaid order and i didn’t share any OTP with delivery agent how it will ve delivered to which they answered that for some product OTP is not REQUIRED. I am very upset with this attitude of flipkart and i seek help nd justice.
