I have ordered Realme C55 (64gb) worth Rs 11999 from flipkart on 6th May and the item was delivered it was an empty box. I did made the unboxing video while i was opening the packet and already shared the evidence to flipkart the same day along with many more images.
Flipkart Team is just delaying the updates and giving new timelines every time i call for an update.
First i was told that they will investigate and will provide the resolution by 11th.
When i called on 11th they told me to wait till 16th to get the resolution
and now without informing me they have increased the date to 25th and when i try to talk to them they dont really give an update.
