Hi Team,
A big ECommerce team FLIPKART, is cheating the customers like me saying as new product , but selling the old products.
If catched andasked, they simply say that you can return the product .
On 3rdMay, I ordered the HP laptop with aproximately 50 thousand.
They supposed to deliver on 5th and on 5th , as it is not received i called and then they postponed to 11 May and delivered on 10th .
Thats Ok . But, when we got delivered ,the box outside is very well packed and no skratches or dents on top .
Now, when i open the laptop,I observed the body borders are been picked with screwdriver and
i see the loose body fitting with lot of gaps along the laptop as first problem.
Now, when i open and saw the HP assistance website, by giving the serial number and device informaion ,
It shows that the Warranty has been started in 28 sep 2023 and
expired on 27 September 2024.
MAAfee also expired on 22 Sep 2024.
What does this mean .
Is this a new product that they delivered?
I am very sure that these guys are manipuated and provided me a faulty laptop which has bee used by another customer .
I NEED TO PENALIZE THESE type of guys with your support for these fake agencies and retailers and flipkart brokerages.
When i questioned them , they just say, we are not responsible for all these . If you dont like just return/refund the product.
DO WE HAVE NO RIGHT TO FIGHT WITH FOR JUSTICE?
DO WE HAVE NO RIGHT TO PENALIZE THEM WITH FINE AND GET JUSTICE?
Why should, we simply return and close our mouth after looking these fraudsters and cheating business minds.
I NEED JUSTICE AND A STRONG WARNING AND ACTION FROM YOUR END AND HELP ME AND MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH JUSTICE .
