14july2023 i ordered Google pixel 6a smartphone from Flipkart, they delivered refreshed Google pixel 6a smartphone instead of brand new pixal 6a, when i used this phone i noticed that camera is not working, then they say this product has brand warranty so contact to Google, then i contact to google customer care( at this time they don’t even tell us that my phone is referbushed) they say it takes 19 days to replace your smartphone if any problems they found in my smartphone then after 19days they(i.e.Google) send me a referbushed google pixel 6a smartphone. It’s a scam from Flipkart & Google as well because i send return request with 2days of delivery. They send me used or referbushed smartphone instead of new one.
I have all the evidence like call recording & invoice,etc. They take my Rs26,000 on cash of delivery & gave me a defective product. Please help
