I ordered shirt on flipkart and it delivered wrong shirt. After taking up with CS and Grievance Cell, they confirmed after due verification that the shirt delivered is wrong one but since its so called open box delivery wherein item once delivered can not be taken back.
Is it not sellers first responsibility to pack ship and deliver the right (ordered) product? how can buyers accepting delivery absolves seller of his prime duty? I want to return wrong shirt and get refund.
