I have ordered Black colur CROCS from Flipkart ecommerce site on 28th Jan 2023 , but i have received wrong brand (duplicate )product Blue color .
On 31st Jan with help of flipkart excusive i raised return request for this product , as per the timeline this return request needs to be completed by 3rd Feb . On 2nd Feb I have shared all pictures on Flipkart mail . But Today 5ht Feb they have rejected my returen request with below comment “Message from Flipkart Sun Feb 05 08:07 PM Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.” I don’t know what i need to do to get my hard earn money .
