I ordered LEVI’S pant of size 36 on flipkart App online. They delivered me with wrong product of size 34 on Jan 28th 2023 and it looking completely different from the product they shown online. I returned the product on the same day itself. On next day they asked for the images of the product delivered, I sent the same through the link they provided.
First they given the deadline for solving the issue on 31st Jan 2023. Later they changed it to 1st Feb 2023 but they didn’t solved my issue and again they changed the date to 4th Feb 2023, but today without any proper reason they rejected my refund request saying that “Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact”.
1.I not received the right product and the delivery person will not delivery the product by unpacking, then how they seller is confirming with the courier service provider regarding the product inside the pack?
2.How the courier service provider will give confirmation about the product inside the pack?
3.How the flipkart is confirming the same and rejecting the consumer request without taking interest towards the consumer concern.
4. I send the pics of the pant, brand tags with multiple staples, price tag thread with cut, brand label stitched to pant has 34 size and the product itself looking as used product. But the flipkart team is not considering the consumer interests and rejecting without any proper reason.
So please take the necessary action against the flipkart for delivering the wrong products to the consumers and not accepting the return and refund of money.
