I ordered a laptop “MSI Katana 15 ( B13UDXK-1482IN )” worth 65K and, used and noticed display issues. I raised replacement request and received replacement delivery(Not Open Box Delivery), the outer box of Flipkart was already little torn and inner box was of MSI, but there was another box inside and it was of “ASUS VIVOBOOK” which was the different brand product. This is wrong product, I contacted Flipkart support and they said to accept wrong product and then raise a return for it. So I raised return request for the product and asked for refund, I had 7 days to return product, I raised request 5 times already and Flipkart rejected my request each time saying that “SELLER says the product was intact at the time of delivery”. Also I have each recording of calls with Flipkart till the day of raising this Grievance, where the concerned team accepted that it’s Flipkart fault and promised to accept the return. After this I again tried raising request, now Flipkart customer support denies raising request as they say that return period is over, so in total my 5-6 return request got rejected although Flipkart delivered me the wrong product. They even asked pictures from me, I provided them with all the pictures of product, product box, stickers on box, shipping label and everything still my return request gets rejected. Also attached all the details for the product and invoice. Also, the wrong product that I received is used one and the charger in the box is of some fake brand “Lappy Power” and not of ASUS brand, and this charger is not even supported by the laptop. Also, since this is some wrong and different product, I don’t have any invoice or anything regarding this product which can keep me in trouble any day. I also raised grievance 5 times on NCH portal, but there also Flipkart just give same reply each time “Seller and courier partner confirmed that product was ok at time of delivery” and closes the docket, which is totally wrong.
