I ordered JOCKEY Pack of 4 Men Vest; Size: S, 4 peaces.
Neck: Scoop Neck
Pattern: Solid
Sleeve: Sleeveless
Sales Package: 4 Vests
Model Name: Modern Classic
Style Code: 8820-4
The item was open box delivery, but the delivery person did not open and show the product. When I opened the product, I found the wrong product (JOCKEY Modern Classic Vest 9922, Size M, Single Peace). Now Flipkart is refusing to replace or return the item. When I said to the customer executive that the delivery person had not opened and shown the product then they disconnected the call from their end in a few seconds. Please help me.
