Text of Complaint by Ankit Sinha:

I ordered an item OD428132400205540100 on the 19th of May and it was delivered on 22nd May . I requested for return as the item delivered had an unusable pocket in the trackpant (quality issue) which they agreed to return and it was supposed to be pickup for return on 3rd June which Flipkart failed to arrange and on complaining they asked me to wait . Since then i had multiple calls / mails and followups they have wasted my time and have called me telling it will be picked on multiple dates and every time they have failed . on top of that they never even update after they miss the deadline.
Even the customer care is useless as they are wasting my time and only thing they say is to wait for 24 to 48 hours and no updates are showing in their system.
