I ordered online on 28th of July “100pcs of Parle Kachcha Mango Bite”, order no.OD225584111400655000. The product was delivered on 2nd of August at my home. The package bore the label of the product I ordered. But, after opening, I didn’t found my product. It was completely a different product “Londonderry’s lacto Bonbon”. Since 2nd of August I am asking for replacement relentlessly but customer care representatives are harassing me since then. Today is 14th September and I didn’t get my product yet. Their sent product was kept since then, unopened, unused, untampered. Moreover, I paid it through “flipkart pay later”, two months dues were paid since then but my CIBIL account shows that I had unpaid dues. It’s largely affecting my CIBIL.
