I orderd a Diakin 1.5 ton 5 star window AC from Flipkart on 20th April, which i received on 24th April. The product’s model number was different from the ordered one and the invoice was made of the ordered product’s model number. I didn’t even open the product after knowing that.
I contacted flipkart for return of the product on 26th of April when the installation was due to happen. Since then, they are placing the return and rejecting it and calling it a system error .
Finally after 25 days of the issue , I asked them if they would return it else I will install it as I was suffering in scorching heat without an AC. Then they told me that if you will install it, you won’t be able to get the warranty as the invoice is different from the product, you be rest assured, we will return the product. So I bought other AC and they kept extending the time and didn’t return the product till now. Yesterday even they placed a return request and asked for some documents for verification which I provided them and they ensured me that the return will tale place still they cancelled the return again.
I am feeling helpless and extremely harassed by Flipkart and money is also stuck. They even blacklisted my account for high return applications which they only initiated and cancelled again and again. After begging so long, they unblocked my account now.
I even told them that they can investigate the legitimacy of the issue internally or legally and please provide me my refund amount as I don’t need the product anymore and it is of no benefit for me to keep the product. Still they did it again.
I request you to please look into this issue and ask them to return the product and also teach the organization a lession of customer service so that it doesn’t happen with anybody else.
