Flipkart has delivered defective Samsung product on 24th December and return has been initiated on 29th December 2021 and on 31st December 2021, technician visit has been done. Samsung technician has updated saying it is defective panel issue and updated the same on Samsung portal and even till 4th January 2022 , Flipkart says technician visit is yet to be done and product is not returned or replaced .
