I have ordered a Lenovo monitor from Flipkart site.

They delivered a defective product. Contacted Flipkart on the very next day of delivery. They asked me to reach out to Lenovo (as per Flipkart policy). Contacted the brand owner (Lenovo). They did check the product and issued DOA certificate and asked me to contact Flipkart with the certificate so that they can issue a replacement.

I have been following up with them since a week and they are neither bothered to respond to it nor they are making any progress on it.

Raising cases by calling Flipkart support is not helping as they are closing the cases within 24 hrs. without resolving.
