Myself sanyogita, i have registered my flipkart account using my email address and have been their customer from very long time.
Recently i purchased american tourister medium sized trolley (Order ID – OD124722275603280000 ) from flipkart and received a defective product. I requested return for the same, but one the scheduled day no one came to pick it up and rejected my return request at night. They send “out for pickup” message in morning but no one actually comes then reject pickup on their own. This same thing is happening to me again and again causing unnecessary delay. First they delivered defective product and now refusing to return it back. There is not even call me back option present, i wrote to flipkart several times but no communication from their side. After delivering defective product they are ignoring their customers without providing any solution. Soon, it’s return period will get over and then i won’t be able to claim return for the same.
I just want this to be picked up asap and my money back. If there would have a replacement option i would have considered that but there is non. So, i want my refund.
