sir, I’m ordered product (Laptop) from Flipkart.on 4th june,they delivered me on 9th june,after checking of the product i realize this product is defective, because speaker not working,hang issue,battery drain. so i was Call customer care same day 9th june for replacement,Flipkart promised me for replacement after technician visit till 15th june. but Sir still not yet any tech visit done, and everytime Flipkart saying different answer.I was mentally harrase by Flipkart, because my product(laptop) cost 45890 this is my saving struck in flipkart. hence my study also affected by this.Flipkart not take my problem seriously. please help me in this.
