Flipkart delivered defect Adomberg Ameza fan and they are not ready to take it back and refund my money

Hi Sir,
This is regarding Adomberg Ameza fan which is purchased from Flipkart on Sun, 29th Jan ’23 and delivered on Tue, 31st Jan ’23 (Order ID – OD427108468257247100)
I have replaced this product due more noise when running and replaced product is also has the same issue and raised return request on 10th Feb 2023 but Flipkart is rejected it and I don’t know the reason. And from 10th Feb 2023, im continuously following with them to take this product back and to get refund of my money and still the issue is not solved. Also when i open new ticket in the application, they are not responding on top of it and simply closing the ticket. They are treating me like a dog and resolving the issue for more than 15 days now. Please assist to get refund for this defective product from them.
