I have ordered the item WOODLAND Boots for Men on Flipkart (ORDER ID: OD226304242169649000) and I received the item on 31.10.2022. Once I received the product, the package is already slightly opened. Then I opened the package and I have received the wrong product. I have called to the customer care and informed about the issue, and I placed the return for the order. Once the return process is going on after 2 to 3 days, they have cancelled my return without any information. After cancelling my return, again I placed my return process, and they have cancelled the return process for the second time. I called to the customer care and asked them the reason for cancelling my return, and they didn’t tell me the proper reason for cancelling my return. For the third time, I raised the return process again, and they insisted me to share the detailed images of the defective product though I have shared the images to the customer care, but again they cancelled my return. For the fourth time, I raised the return process again, and now they are telling me to share the Proof Of Identity. There are no rights to ask for Identity because I bought this order with full payment, not using Credit Cards or Flipkart Pay Later. There is a rule in e-commerce, do not share the Proof Of Identity to Flipkart or Amazon. Due to privacy concerns I spoke to the Flipkart about sharing my Identity, they said they will share my Identity to the seller. So, I frightened to share my Identity. I spoke to 5 to 6 members, some of the customer executive is not saying clearly what is the purpose of sharing the Identity. I called to the customer care after 2 to 3 weeks, they are just cutting the call while speaking, and they are not ready to resolve my issue, and again they cancelled the return. Then I raised the refund process 2 to 3 times, after raising 6 times of return process, there is no proper response. So, I thought of sharing my Identity and I said to the customer executive that If you are not processing my refund process I will complain about this issue. They said they will resolve it by 27.11.2022. As there is no update from Flipkart, I called to the customer care for 4 times and I have initiated that I didn’t get any update, and they promised it will resolve by 27.11.2022. While checking on this day, they have blocked my account and I couldn’t log in to my account and there is no response from the customer care, and they are not ready to process my refund or replacement. So, I kindly request you to solve this issue and give me a refund for this product. This is really a bad behavior against customer. My right was taken away.
