I ordered a Whirlpool 330 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator from Flipkart on 22/4/2023 , which was delivered to me on 29/4/2023 & demo and installation was done on 02/05/2023. On that day, the technician assigned from the whirlpool company clearly told us that the lowermost door of the fridge is not sliding in and out and please file for replacement from Flipkart.
So I filed a replacement on the same day and a technician visit was scheduled again on 9/5/2023 to verify the issue. But no technician actually visited. I waited till 11/05/2023. Then Flipkart executive told me to reschedule another technician visit. I did the same. This time the technician visited on 14/05/2023, and started trying to repair my refrigerator and clearly told me that this can’t be repaired.
From 14/05/2023 to today, the outcome of technician visit is not updated on Flipkart, i haven’t received any replacement facility yet. I am tired of explaining this issue to different executives again and again
