On February 26, 2024, I purchased a pair of Asics GEL-CONTEND 4B+ Running Shoes (Size US 12) valued at Rs. 1631/- from Flipkart, with Order ID OD330582319796280100. The delivery was made on March 1, 2024, and upon inspection, both shoes appeared identical. However, after wearing them, I began experiencing pain in my right foot. Upon closer examination, I realized that the right shoe was smaller than the left, despite both being labeled as the same size. It seems that Flipkart delivered a product with manufacturing defects, and unfortunately, it cannot be returned at this point.
Please assist by taking the necessary steps.
