Text of Complaint by Purna Swain:

I ordered a TV unit on 28th APR 2022, delivered a damaged product on 8th May, replacement ordered on same day 8th May, Inspection done on 11th may, damaged product picked up on 12th May. Replacement order was shipped and automatically cancelled by flipkart. Since then I am following up with your team, spoken more then 15 times, 10 online issue opened for this specific order, all of them is now in resolved status. Till today neither I have the product delivered not I get the refund. Even if I have written via email to flipkart grievance Team on 8th July till today 16th July No response from Flipkart.
